Customer Privacy Protection

On behalf of STUDYWISE D.O.O. we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. We give customers choices including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees involved with managmant of data in LUMENEXAMS web store (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

Protection of confidential transaction and card data

When entering payment card data, the HolestPay system transmits confidential information from a security-isolated frame through a public network using the SSL protocol with AES265 encryption and exchange of cryptographic keys according to the Diffie-Hellman principle. HolestPay further transfers the card data to the bank’s system in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology. Data security during purchase is guaranteed by HOLEST E-COMMERCE D.O.O., payment card processor and Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is performed outside of this site. Payment card data is not available on this site at any moment, and all channels through which data is transmitted or possibly part of card data is stored (if it is a subscription) are PCI DSS certified.

VAT Statement

VAT is included in the price and there are no hidden costs.

Currency conversion statement

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro/US Dollar into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank.
When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Payment Refunds

In the case of refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, LUMENEXAMS web shop is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that at the request of the seller, the bank will refund the funds to the account of the cardholder.

Fiscal Receipts

Fiscal Receipts may be delivered to you in digital form (pdf, html) – presented on website or delivered via e-mail to address you specify as “the billing e-mail”. 

Delivery

When you buy a couse, you first get a confirmation to your email address, and then you get access to a platform with the material within 24 hours.

When you sign up for a class, you first get a confirmation to your email address, and then you will be contacted by an employee for class arrangement details.

Refund Policy

• Individual Class Refunds: Requests for a refund for an individual class are possible only if made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class.
• Post-Class Refunds: Refunds for a class that has already taken place can only be requested within 24 hours after the class. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof that the lesson was not conducted up to the expected standards.
• Course Refund Requests: Refunds are only available if requested within 48 hours of the purchase.
• If you wish to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must submit a withdrawal statement to us within the above-mentioned deadline.
  You can submit your withdrawal statement to us electronically at the email address lumen.exams@gmail.com.
• Refunds are made using the same means of payment that you used when paying. In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a buyer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, the Seller is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the cardholder’s account at the seller’s request.
